Eating: Ate breakfast today! Bowl of cereal (Smart Start) and a banana. Chicken sandwich, chips and a light string cheese for lunch. Dinner was the last of the leftover chicken spaghetti.

Exercise: Walked 2.5 miles. Same route as last night but backward.
