Eating: Had a Granola Bar for breakfast. Lunch was a little bit of leftover ham because we we eating an early dinner with he family. Dinner was Turkey and dressing, green beans and mashed potatoes. Yum.
Exercise: Due to a three and a half hour drive back home, I dropped the ball and had no workout.
