Okay, so I took a week off.... unfortunately not just from posting. I got a bit off track, and missed the gym for a solid week. Not good.
On the bright side... when I did get to the gym on Tuesday, I had lost an additional 2 pounds, so maybe my better eating habits paid off a little there. I have cut WAY back on sodas and am trying to eat better, particularly at lunch.
I'm trying now to find my groove. Unfortunately, I'm not sure evening workouts are going to fit anymore... it's too easy to be "too tired". Mornings are not my thing.

Good to hear from you again, Jay. Wondered what had happened. I'm afraid I'm out for a while, too. Tore my hamstring today in a race. So I guess I'll be blogging about my rehab now.
Keep it up, Jay. Tiny little victories day by day are just the thing. When you can't get a victory, get a moral victory. You'll get where you're going before you know it.
