Tuesday Weigh-In: 296 lbs. 2 more pounds lost... not bad, considering my horrible weekend.
Eating: Off to a good start, oatmeal and a banana for breakfast. Lunch was a sandwich and some fruit. Dinner was tacos. Light string cheese (what else?) for a snack.
Exercise: Pushed my self a bit harder tonight. 20 minutes on the elliptical and two weight room circuits.
